NORFOLK, Va. – The Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) wraps up non-conference play this week, with all eight teams in action in their final tune-up before league competition begins.

The week opened Tuesday with South Carolina State sweeping Claflin, 3-0, Norfolk State sweeping Bowie State, 3-0, and Radford rallying past North Carolina Central, 3-2. Claflin answered Wednesday, defeating South Carolina State, 3-1, in the second meeting between the crosstown rivals.
