NORFOLK, Va., February 23, 2026 – Howard forward Nile Miller was named the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Player of the Week presented by Wells Fargo.
Maryland Eastern Shore forward Kaliya Perry was named Rookie of the Week, while
Morgan State’s Michaela Bogans earned Defensive Player of the Week honors, respectively.
Miller (F, 6-1, Sr., Woodbury, N.J.) notched her third double-double of the season with 15 points and 12 rebounds, while also contributing four steals, three assists, and a block in a 66-58 win over N.C. Central.
Perry (Fr., 6-0, F., Hampton, Va.) grabbed 10 rebounds, blocked two shots, and added two steals alongside eight points in a 66-64 win at Coppin State.
Bogans (Sr, 5-6, G., Augusta, Ga.) totaled a career-high 10 steals in a double-double performance with 11 points in a win over South Carolina State, adding five assists and four rebounds.
