MEAC Announces Softball 50th Anniversary All-Time Team, presented by The Home Depot

NORFOLK, Va.,
June 28, 2021 – As the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) continues to celebrate its 50th anniversary during the 2020-21 academic year, the conference office now announces the Softball All-Time Team, presented by The Home Depot, comprised of 50 outstanding student-athletes throughout the conference’s history.
 
More than 3,000 total votes were cast, with fans, media representatives, institution sports information contacts and others taking part.
 
To be considered on the ballot, student-athletes must have been named to the All-MEAC First Team, MEAC Player of the Year, Rookie of the Year or Pitcher of the Year, holder of any MEAC single-season record or inducted into the MEAC Hall of Fame.
 
In all, 50 individuals, including four MEAC Hall of Famers, are recognized. The All-Time Team is listed in alphabetical order by athletes’ last names.
