Coppin State 12, Delaware State 8
DOVER, Del. -- Mike Dorcean and Grant Williams both drove in three runs to lead Coppin State to a 12-8 victory over Delaware State at Soldier Field on Sunday afternoon. The win improves the Eagles to 7-16 in league play, while Delawware State falls to 11-12 in the MEAC with eight games left to play.
Dorcean finished 2-for-4 with two runs scored, three RBI while drawing a pair of walks. His day included a solo home run, tying him for the team-lead with five round-trippers this season.
Williams went just-1-for2 on the day but drew three walks. Toran Smith was the only other Coppin player to have a multi-hit day, but Coppin capitalized on 15 walks and four Hornets errors.
In the four-game series, Coppin scored a whopping 45 runs on 55 hits.

Florida A&M 5, Norfolk State 2
NORFOLK, Va. -- Kelyn Fox struck out eight and gave up just one run in eight innings of work at Marty L. Miller Field on Sunday, and two Rattlers drove in a two runs each as Florida A&M picked up a series win with a 5-2 victory over Norfolk State.
The Rattlers got a pair of hits each from LJ Bryant and Jared Weber, while Octavien Moyer and Joseph Pierini each had two RBIs.
FAMU led 5-0 after seven innings.
Fox scattered seven hits in his eight innings of work, only giving up one run.

North Carolina A&T State 9, North Carolina Central 4
GREENSBORO, N.C. -- Three Aggies had two-hit games, and two others drove in a pair of runs apiece, as North Carolina A&T State bounced back from Saturday's doubleheader sweep to defeat North Carolina Central 9-4 at War Memorial Stadium.
With the win, the Aggies salvaged a weekend series split.
Justin Rodriguez, Justin Williams and Zach McLean each had two hits for NCAT, while Tony Mack and Ryne Stanley each drove in a pair.
Ethan Chavis struck out five in six innings to pick up his first win of the season.
