Corey Treyes has shattered the record books at Coppin State as he holds the school record with 17 saves, which is seven more than any other Eagles player. A switch-hitter and right-handed pitcher, Treyes has been one of the top two-way players in the MEAC and the Region the last three seasons, earning placement on the John Olerud Award Watch List and NCBWA Stopper of the Year Watch List in 2019 and 2020. On the mound, 15 of his saves came the last two seasons, including a Coppin State single-season record eight saves in 2018.
