MANHATTAN, Kan. - With expected inclement weather sweeping into the midwest, schedule adjustments have been made in the three-game series between the Bethune-Cookman Wildcats (12-11) and Kansas State Wildcats (13-8) at Tointon Stadium. With the rescheduling, the games will now be played with a Friday doubleheader and Saturday finale.
The series was originally slated for a single game each day, Friday to Sunday (March 22-24).
With sub-freezing temperatures in the forecast, the area is also expected to receive snow and wintry-mix precipitation later in the weekend.
Friday’s doubleheader is now set for a 1 p.m. first pitch, with Saturday’s finale slated for a 2 p.m. start.
Bethune-Cookman Media Relations will provide updates to the games schedule as they occur, with complete game day coverage from Tointon Stadium on Friday and Saturday.
