Originally scheduled for a 6:00 p.m. tipoff, the contest has been rescheduled to a 2:00 p.m. start due to weather-related concerns. The game will air live on ESPN+ at 2 p.m., with a re-air on ESPNU beginning at 6:00 p.m. The matchup is one of four ESPN-televised men’s basketball games as part of the MEAC’s ongoing multimedia partnership with ESPN, providing increased national exposure for the conference and its student-athletes. Howard enters the contest with a 12-8 overall record and a 2-2 mark in MEAC play. The Bison are led by senior guard Bryce Harris, who averages 16.5 points and 6.7 rebounds per game. Howard is coming off a 78-69 victory over Morehouse College and most recently earned an 83-69 conference win over North Carolina Central. Morgan State also stands at 2-2 in conference play, holding a 6-13 overall record.
