AUSTIN, Texas, June 7, 2023 -- Delaware State senior hurdler Tayshaun Chisholm capped off his career in the semifinal round of the men's 110-meter hurdles at the NCAA Division I Outdoor Track & Field Championships at Mike A. Myers Stadium and Soccer Field hosted by The University of Texas at Austin on Wednesday.
Chisholm clocked a time of 13.63 seconds to rank 14th overall, which prevented him from advancing to the final round. Chisholm represented the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) in the semifinal round.
Chisholm claimed All-American status for his finish, landing on the Second Team and becoming the first All-American 110-meter hurdle athlete in program history.
