COLUMBIA, S.C. – Four MEAC institutions competed at the Gamecock Invitational as a pair of North Carolina A&T State sprinters and the Hampton women's 4x100-meter relay team claimed first-place finishes.

Embry-Riddle Spike's Classic
 
DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - Bethune-Cookman's Kareem Fair posted the MEAC's top mark in the 100-meter dash at the Embry-Riddle Spike's Classic this past weekend.
Hopkins/Loyola Invitational
BALTIMORE, Md. – Keshaun Hodges swept the short sprints to lead the Coppin State men's track & field team to a third place finish at the Hopkins/Loyola Invite on Friday afternoon.  The Eagles finished just behind the host Blue Jays and Stevenson University in the team standings. Randi Bohler won a pair of events, Tre'J Johnson and Savannah Forte took a pair of  field events, and the 4x100m Relay was also victorious as the Coppin State women's track & field team took fifth overall at the Hopkins/Loyola Invitational on Friday afternoon.

VertKlasse Meeting
HIGH POINT, N.C. - North Carolina Central University captured four event victories and 11 more top-5 finishes during the 10th annual VertKlasse Meeting outdoor track & field meet, hosted by High Point University on Friday. Several members from North Carolina A&T State also participated.
