BALTIMORE, Md. - Coppin State University men's basketball and women's track and field teams participated in a Walkathon at Mount Washington Elementary/Middle School on Wednesday.

The Eagles walked and jogged along with the young kindergarteners as part of their marathon. CSU student-athletes also met them with treats and goodies at the finish line as a refreshment. Coppin State University's interim head women's cross-country/track and field coach Leah Charles-Pierre is a teacher at Mount Washington and invited her team as well as the men's basketball squad. The student-athletes got a chance to mingle and have fun with the children.
