Vanessa Henry were chosen as the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Men's and Women's Field Athletes of the Week, while Norfolk State's
Sean Holston and Delaware State's
Tracey Fan Fan were named the MEAC Men's and Women's Track Athletes of the Week, the conference announced on Wednesday.
Burke (Sr., Camden, N.J., Jumps) broke a school record in the long jump at the Coppin State Eagle Twilight. He posted a mark of 24-4-50 ft. to win the event and break the previous mark of 24-01.50 ft.
Henry (Sr., Capital Heights, Md., Throws) won the shot put with a 15.36m (50-4-75 ft.) toss and was fifth in the discus with a 39.54m (129-08.00 ft.) toss at the Towson Invitational.
Holston (Sr., Springfield, Va., Sprints) won an individual title with a time of 20.97 in the 200m relay at the Raleigh Relays. He was also a member of the sprint medley relay team that set a meet record and earned a first place finish with a time of 3:18.07.
Fan Fan (Sr., Maplewood, N.J., Sprints, Hurdles) won the100m hurdles with a time of 14.42 at the Coppin State Eagle Twilight. She was second in the 100m dash (12.75) and fourth in the 200m dash (25.71). She also had a top ten finish in the 400m hurdles with a time of 1:03.02 at the Raleigh Relays.

Cynthia Anais (UMES) won the gold with a time of 56.24 in the 400m at the Towson Invitational.
Darius Baker (SSU) ran a personal best 10.59 to finish among the top five in 100m at the North Florida Invitational.
Ryan Carter (DSU) won the 200m dash at the Coppin State Eagle Twilight and aided the 4x100m relay team to a first place finish in 41.42.
Amber Hughes (SSU) was second in the triple jump (12.24m) and 23rd in the long jump (5.43m) at the North Florida Invite.
Cassandra Jones (Hampton) was sixth in the 400m dash with a time of 54.80 and was a member of three relay teams that finished in the top two at the Raleigh Relays.
Kaydianne McKenzie (NSU) jumped a season-best 38-08.75 ft. in the triple jump at the Raleigh Relays.
Krystina Muhammad (DSU) won the long jump (5.52m) and the triple jump (11.81m) at the Coppin State Eagle Twilight.
Jazy Seay-Blane (SSU) was fourth in the 400m at the North Florida Invite in 55.42.
Ackeem Smith (UMES) won the 110m hurdles in 14.82 at the Towson Invitational.
Dillion Smith (UMES) won the shot put (16.83m) and was third with a toss of 46.11m in the discus at the Towson Invitational.
Jordan Wilson (DSU) finished in second place with a 14.20m leap at the Raleigh Relays and was third in the long jump (6.96m) at the Coppin State Eagle Twilight.
