Coppin State junior Natoya Baird earned an eighth-place finish in the high jump at the ECAC Indoor Track and Field Championships at the Reggie Lewis Track.
Baird tied for eight place with a jump of 5-7, which ties her for her second best jump of the indoor season.
Baird also participated in the 60-meter hurdles and advanced to the semifinals. She ran 8.79 in the preliminaries which qualified her for the semifinals and then she posted a time of 8.87 in the semifinal heat.
Senior Indira Laurencin finished 14th in her heat of the 200 meters and did not advance to the finals.
