The Winston-Salem State Lady Rams relay teams highlighted day two of the Raleigh Relays with some great times and finishes in their events. The Lady Rams closed out the two-day meet with some solid performances.
The WSSU 4x200m relay team had the best overall finish of the day, placing fourth in the event with a time of 1:43.66 in the event. The Lady Rams 4x100m relay team was also strong finishing 14th in the event in a time of 49.27.
Also in competition freshman Jasmine Green, who finished 16th in the women’s triple jump with a distance of 10.03m (32’11”).
The Lady Rams will return to action next weekend when the team heads to Durham, NC to take part in the Duke Invitational.
