Led by senior Anthony Littlejohn, Coppin State won a total of seven events and placed third at the Delaware Winter Invitational on Saturday.
Littlejohn posted a personal-best time of 9:24.66 in winning the 3000 meters and then followed with a seasonal-best time of 4:32.84 in capturing the title in the mile run.
Coppin State, which finished with 106 points, also received first-place finishes from Ian Lovergie, Shane Smith, Carlinton Morgan, Dale Dunn and the 4x400-meter relay team.
Delaware won the team title with 182.50 points followed by Delaware State (179.50) and Coppin State.
Lovergie captured the high jump by clearing 6-4.75, while teammate Keonte Johnson placed second with a jump of 6-2.75.
Smith won top honors in the pole vault for the third consecutive meet. He posted a season-best height of 15-5 to easily outdistance the field.
Morgan was victorious in the 400 meters in 49.30 and has now won three straight races overall. He won the 500 meters at the UMES Collegiate Lidlifter and the 800 meters at the UMES Collegiate Invitational.
Dunn was the winner of the 500 meters and has finished first in three of the five events in which he has competed in during the indoor season.
The Eagles 4x400 relay team finished first in 3:23.97 ahead of Delaware State (3:24.53) and Delaware (3:38.03).
Coppin State also received a second-place finish from Steve Delice in the 800 meters (2:01.30) and a pair of second-place finishes from Winston Whittingham in the 60 (7.12) and the 200 (22.78).
