Dillard, Wray Steer Men’s Track & Field at the Prestigious Penn Relays

PHILADELPHIA (April 25, 2026) – Howard University men's track & field program traveled to Philadelphia for the prestigious Penn Relays, hosted by the Quakers.
 
Fifth-year Bison Sean Wray (Stafford, Va.) led the charge with a pair of top 8 finishes in the triple jump and long jump, landing fourth (15.21 meters) and eighth (7.00 meters), respectively.
 
DMV product sophomore Drew Dillard (Silver Spring, Md.) tied for sixth overall in the high jump, leaping 2.06 meters (6'9").
 
On the track, senior Jorim Bangue (Yaoundé, Cameroon) ran 14.22 in the 110-meter hurdles, which placed 12th on the leaderboard.
 
On May 1-2, HU closes out its regular season in Greensboro, N.C., for the Aggie Invitational, hosted by North Carolina A&T State.
