WASHINGTON (January 24, 2026) – Senior forwards Zennia Thomas (Cleveland) and Nile Miller (Woodbury, N.J.) each recorded double-doubles to lead five Bison in double figures as the Howard University women's basketball team rebounded from a sluggish first-half start to pull away to a 71-57 win over Morgan State University in a Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) showdown at Burr Gymnasium. 
  
It was the third straight for the Bison (15-7, 5-1 MEAC).

NORFOLK, Va. --- The Norfolk State women's basketball team extended its winning streak to four games with a 69-58 victory over Coppin State on Saturday afternoon at Echols Hall. 
  
Norfolk State improved to 10-11 overall and 5-1 in MEAC play, while Coppin State fell to 4-18 and 2-4 in the conference. 
  
Da'Brya Clark led the Spartans with 30 points, including eight 3-pointers. She added five rebounds, three blocks, one assist and one steal. Anjanae Richardson also reached double figures with 10 points.
