NORFOLK, Va. – The Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) is proud to announce that tickets for the highly anticipated 2025 MEAC Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony will be available for purchase beginning Monday, February 3.
The prestigious event will take place on Thursday, March 13, at the Norfolk Waterside Marriott Hotel (235 E Main St, Norfolk, VA 23510). Festivities will begin with a meet-and-greet at 9:30 a.m., followed by the induction brunch at 10:00 a.m.
Supporters looking to honor the inductees can purchase an advertisement in the official event program. Full-page black-and-white ads are available for $300, while full-page color ads are $500. The deadline to secure and submit an ad for the program is February 19.

The 2025 MEAC Hall of Fame class features an outstanding group of honorees whose contributions have left a lasting impact on the conference and collegiate athletics. This year’s inductees include Coppin State women’s basketball standout Rashida Suber, legendary South Carolina State football coach Oliver “Buddy” Pough, Hampton and North Carolina A&T women’s basketball coach Patricia Cage-Bibbs, North Carolina A&T running back Tarik Cohen, and Howard University football star Harvey Reed.
Established to honor former student-athletes, coaches, and administrators who have made significant contributions to MEAC athletics, the Hall of Fame continues to recognize individuals whose legacies extend beyond competition.
