ORANGEBURG, SC---Seven (7) Bulldogs scored in double figures as South Carolina State powered to an 114-75 victory over Mid-Atlantic Christian Saturday (Feb.9) inside Smith-Hammond-Middleton Memorial Center.
South Carolina State improved to 11-12 overall, 4-3 in the MEAC.
Senior forward
Davion Everett led the way team-high 19 points and five rebounds, while
Michael Teal added 16 in the win.
Wilson Dubinsky added 14 points along
Florian Tenebay chipping in 12 points, three steals, and three assists in 16 minutes of play.
Drayton Jones and
Caleb McCarty finished with 10 points respectfully. Jones came up one rebound shy of finishing with a double-double grabbing a team-high nine rebounds.

WASHINGTON (February 8, 2025) – Senior guard
Marcus Dockery (Washington) scored a game-high 21 points and freshman standout
Blake Harper (Washington) added 18 points but it was an outstanding effort from the reserves that helped the Howard University men's basketball team hold off North Carolina Central (NCCU),82-78, in a Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) showdown at Burr Gymnasium.
The win snaps a five-game losing skid for the Bison, who improved to 9-14 overall (4-2 MEAC).
Howard took control early and maintained a small margin through most of the first half as Dockery, Harper and fellow D.C. native graduate guard
Anwar Gill accounted for 29 of their team points.
