NORFOLK, Va., Feb. 17, 2025 – Delaware State’s Martaz Robinson was named the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Player of the Week.
Howard’s freshman guard Blake Harper received Rookie of the Week honors, while
Coppin State’s Peter Oduro earned Defensive Player of the Week honors

Robinson (G, 6-2, Gr., Baltimore, Md.) registered 26 points to lead the Hornets against Howard. He added nine rebounds, three assists and one steal while shooting 81.9 percent (9-of-11) from the free throw line.
Harper (G, 6-5, Fr., Washington, D.C.) averaged 15.5 points, 7.5 rebounds, 4.5 assists and 1.0 steals in a 1-1 week for the Bison. Harper tallied his fourth double-double of the season in the win over Maryland Eastern Shore recording 13 points with 11 rebounds, six assists and two steals. He added 18 points to lead Howard in the loss to Delaware State.
Oduro (F, 6-8, Jr., Gainesville, Va.) recorded his third double-double of the season with 13 points and 12 rebounds, eight defensive, in the game against N.C. Central. Oduro added two blocks and one steal while shooting 50 percent (4-of-8) from the field and a perfect 5-of-5 from the free throw line.

- Muneer Newton (DSU) recorded eight points and five rebounds to pair with two blocks and two steals in the win over Howard.
- Cameron Shockley-Okeke (HU) registered 35 points and eight rebounds in a 1-1 week for the Bison.
- Kyrell Shaw (UMES) totaled 26 points with three assists and two steals in an 0-2 week for the Hawks.
- Brian Moore Jr. (NSU) tallied 17 points, six rebounds and four assists in the win over Maryland Eastern Shore.
- Kuluel Mading (NSU) collected four points, five rebounds and four blocks in the Spartans win over UMES.
- Po’Boigh King (NCCU) led the Eagles with 16 points, four rebounds and two steals in the win over Coppin State.
- Isaac Parson (NCCU) tallied eight points, three rebounds, six assists and three steals in the win for N.C. Central.
- Omar Croskey (SCSU) contributed 16 points with four assists, two rebounds and two steals in the win over Morgan State.
- Drayton Jones (SCSU) scored nine points with six rebounds, two assists and two blocks for the Bulldogs.
- Jayden Johnson (SCSU) recorded 14 points in the win over Morgan State.
