TOLEDO, Ohio (Dec. 2, 2025)--Morgan State traveled to the Buckeye State for a Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) vs. Mid-American Conference (MAC) match-up on Tuesday evening at Savage Arena. It was the first-ever meeting between the two programs. 
  
The Lady Bears would give Toledo all it could handle, but in the end the Rockets had just enough to prevent a Morgan State comeback to earn a 79-66 victory. 
  
Kendall Carruthers scored a game-high 27 points on 10-of-13 shooting to lead the Rockets, who improved to 3-3 on the season and 2-1 at home. Faith Fedd-Robinson added 10 points and grabbed a game-high nine rebounds, while Miriam Diala finished with 10 points. Patricia Anumgba tallied three of the Rockets' six steals and also led the team with five assists to go with her eight points.

DURHAM, N.C. – North Carolina Central outscored North Carolina A&T in every quarter except the third in a hard-fought women's basketball game befitting a rivalry. 
 
Unfortunately for the Eagles, the third quarter was the difference in a 73-67 non-conference loss to their archrival at McDougald-McLendon Arena on Tuesday night. 

Najah Lane scored 13 points to lead a balanced Eagles' scoring attack. Aysia Hinton and Shakiria Foster both scored 12 points and Finger contributed 10 points and eight rebounds. Hinton, the MEAC three-point leader, knocked down four treys against A&T (3-4).
