NORFOLK, Va. - The Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) is thrilled to announce that the vendor application process for the 2025 Men’s and Women’s Basketball Tournament is now open!
Vendors interested in showcasing and selling their goods, services, or distributing information during the tournament must complete the
Vendor Application and submit by
February 21, 2025.
The 2025 MEAC Basketball Tournament offers a unique opportunity for vendors to connect with attendees throughout the event. However, vendor space is limited, and availability is not guaranteed. The MEAC reserves the right to adjust vendor booth placements as necessary.
Important Instructions for Applicants:
- Select your booth package and complete all required fields on the application form.
- Be prepared to provide payment information for your vendor space upon submission.

About the 2025 MEAC Men’s and Women’s Basketball Tournament
The 2025 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Men’s and Women’s Basketball Tournament will showcase student-athletes from the conference’s elite eight men’s and women’s basketball programs as they compete for the coveted tournament title and a berth in the NCAA Division I Tournament. Scheduled for
March 12-15, 2025, at the
Norfolk Scope Arena in Norfolk, Virginia, the event embraces the theme
“MEAC Homecoming,” uniting fans, alumni, and supporters for a vibrant celebration of athletic excellence and community spirit.
The MEAC is comprised of eight distinguished historically Black colleges and universities along the Atlantic coastline:
Coppin State University, Delaware State University, Howard University, University of Maryland Eastern Shore, Morgan State University, Norfolk State University, North Carolina Central University, and
South Carolina State University.
