DOVER, DE --The Delaware State women's basketball team went into the half beating Saint Francis (PA) 30-26, but could not hang on in the second half and fell 69-60 to the Red Flash at home Thursday.
The Hornets (3-5) had four players score in double figures, led by Najah Lane, who had 14 points. Mahogany Cottingham tacked on 12 points and Kiarra Mcelrath helped out with 12 points from the bench.

FAIRFIELD, CT –- The Morgan State Lady Bears traveled to Fairfield, Connecticut, on Thursday afternoon to face Sacred Heart in a non-conference matchup.
The Lady Bears fell to Sacred Heart, 79-57. Jala Bannerman led Morgan State with 17 points, while Jael Butler added 16 points and two rebounds.

BALTIMORE, MD –- Angel Jones and Laila Lawrence combined for 43 points as Coppin State's women's basketball team knocked off Arizona State, 74-68 in overtime on Thursday night at PEC Arena. The win was the Eagles' (6-4) first over a Power Conference program at home in any sport.
Jones led all players with 23 points, hitting 8-of-20 from the floor and 7-of-11 from the line while adding five rebounds and three assists. Lawrence scored 20 points on 8-of-16 shooting while pulling down nine rebounds to go with five assists, a block and four steals.
