MEAC Announces Weekly Bowling Honors, presented by Coca-Cola

NORFOLK, Va., November 27, 2024 – Delaware State senior Emily Breidegam was selected as the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Bowler of the Week, presented by Coca-Cola. North Carolina A&T State Jasmine Hall was named the MEAC Rookie of the Week. 
 
Breidegam (Sr., Reading, Pa.) earned All-Tournament accolades at the Garden State Classic where the Hornets finished 10th with a 12,793 total pin count (188.1 avg.). She ranked first on the week in average per frame (20.85) and striking sum percentage (52.9), third in overall fill percentage (87.5 percent) and fourth in baker average per frame (20.41). Breidegam finished sixth overall at the tournament as the highest-placing MEAC bowler at the meet.

Hall (Fr., Huntsville, Ala.) helped the Aggies to a seventh-place team finish with a total pin count of 13,122. Hall ranked first in the MEAC in traditional average (23.16), while ranking second in average per frame (20.77) and striking sum percentage (51.2 percent). She recorded the fifth best baker average per frame (20.19).
