UNC Greensboro def South Carolina State 53-35 

ORANGEBURG, S.C.  – The UNC Greensboro (UNCG) women's basketball team picked up its first road win of the season after defeating the Bulldogs of South Carolina State, 53-35, in Smith-Hammond-Middleton Memorial Center in Orangeburg, South Carolina, on Sunday afternoon. 
 
Jayde Gamble and Jaila Lee led the game in scoring with 16 and 12 points, respectively.

Coppin State def Sacred Heart 59-47 

FAIRFIELD, Conn. – Laila Lawrence posted a double-double and two other Eagles scored in double figures as Coppin State's women's basketball team defeated Sacred Heart, 59-47 on Sunday afternoon at William Pitt Center.  With the win, the Eagles evened their record at 3-3 overall while the Pioneers fell to 2-4 

Lawrence finished with 14 points on 5-of-12 shooting, hitting a 3-pointer and made 3-of-4 from the line to go with a game-high 11 rebounds. She also finished with four steals, two assists and a block.  Tyler Gray hit 7-of-10 from the line en route to scoring 13 points to go with six rebounds, three assists and a pair of steals.  Angel Jones added 12 points, four rebounds, three assists and four steals.

University Of Nevada def Morgan State 66-56 

RENO, Nev. - In the second of a five-game home-stand, a third quarter surge by Nevada women's basketball led to a victory over Morgan State, 66-56. 

The bears had four players finish in double figures with Jael Butler leading the way with 11 points and three rebounds.
