BALTIMORE, Md. (Nov. 9, 2024) – The Morgan State Lady Bears traveled to the University of Richmond to take on the Spiders but came up short, falling 93-39.
The Lady Bears received key contributions from Jala Bannerman, who scored 12 points on an efficient 3-of-4 shooting from beyond the arc, and Dakota Alson, who added six points.

DURHAM, N.C. – The North Carolina Central University women's basketball team dropped its home opener Saturday afternoon, as Wofford pulled away late in a 75-56 contest at McDougald-McLendon Arena.The Eagles are now 0-3 on the season.
Graduate forward Morgan Callahan led three Eagles in double figures with 18 points, going 6-for-11 from the floor and 6-for-9 at the free throw line. Sophomore guard Aysia Hinton added 15 points behind a 5-for-6 effort from 3-point range, and sophomore guard Kyla Bryant added 12 points and five assists.

PRINCESS ANNE MD --The Hawks of Maryland Eastern Shore took down the Bowie State Bulldogs 43-41 Saturday afternoon.
The Hawks were led by Zama Haynes who put together her strongest performance of the season with 18 points, while Lainey Allen added 10 points and three rebounds.
