NORFOLK, Va., Jan. 22, 2024 – Tickets for the 2024 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Hall of Fame induction are now on sale. The induction will take place on Thursday, March 14, at the Norfolk Waterside Marriott Hotel (235 E Main St, Norfolk, VA 23510).
Festivities will begin with a meet-and-greet at 9:30 a.m., followed by the induction brunch at 10 a.m.

The 2024 class of the MEAC Hall of Fame will include Norfolk State women’s track and field standout Debbie Dunn Anderson, South Carolina State University footballers Charlie Brown and Javon Hargrave, former Norfolk State athletic director and baseball coach Marty Miller, and Howard University legendary coach William ‘Bill’ Moultrie.

The Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) is in its 53rd year of intercollegiate competition with the 2023-24 academic school year. Located in Norfolk, Va., the MEAC is made up of eight outstanding historically black institutions across the Atlantic coastline: Coppin State University, Delaware State University, Howard University, University of Maryland Eastern Shore, Morgan State University, Norfolk State University, North Carolina Central University and South Carolina State University.
