VIRGINIA BEACH, Va., Feb. 21, 2023 – The Howard University women dominated the finals for the second straight year en route to taking the 2023 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Indoor Track & Field Championship on Tuesday at the Virginia Beach Sports Center.
