The Gamecocks held the Bears to just 12 first half points after putting up 51 points before the break. Morgan State scored 26 points in the second half more than doubling its first half total as they fell to the No. 1 ranked South Carolina team.
Tamaria Rumph led the Bears with 11 points in the game. Gabrielle Johnson was the next highest score with six points.

The Hornets eclipsed 100+ points on the road against Wilmington University in Wilmington, DE. DSU opened the game by nearly doubling the Wildcats score in the first quarter 28-16. The Hornets added 19 points to their total in the second quarter while holding WU to just eight points to lead 47-24 at the half. Delaware State held Wilmington to 15 total points in the second half while scoring 61 points of their own to claim the victory.
Ja'Naiah Perkins-Jackson led the Hornets with 31 points in the game after shooting 11-for-16 from the field and 7-of-11 from three-point range. Savannah Brooks contributed 20 points while going 7-of-14 from the field and 5-of 8 from behind the three-point arc. Denijsha Wilson and Deyonce Thompson were the last two Hornets in double figures with 17 and 14 points respectively.

Morgan State 92, UMBC 80 (America East)
UMBC led MSU for a majority of the first half but in the last five minutes of the opening half, the Bears went on an 11-6 run taking a 41-36 lead into the break. Morgan State went on an 11-6 run to start the second half and maintained their lead throughout the remainder of the period to win 92-80 after adding 51 points to their tally.
Wynston Tabbs led the Bears with 38 points going 13-of-21 from the field, 6-of-10 from behind the three-point arc, and a perfect 6-of-6 from the charity stripe. Will Thomas added 23 points after shooting 8-of 14 on the night and 100 percent (7-of-7) from the free throw line. Allen Udemadu recorded a double0double with 10 points and 12 rebounds while Kamron Hobbs tallied 10 assists.

The teams traded the lead back and forth for the first eight minutes of the first half, but Coppin State went on a 10-3 run taking an 18-11 lead with just under 10 minutes before the halftime break. The Eagles continued to pull ahead to lead 31-23 at the break. CSU led throughout the majority of the second half, but a late push from the Seahawks in the final nine minutes of action saw them come back from trailing 46-41 to take the lead and win the game 62-59.
Priest Ryan led the Eagles with 18 points to go with his five rebounds. Justin Winston added 15 points with seven rebounds and shot a perfect 6-of-6 from the free throw line. Camaren Sparrow rounded out the double-digit scorers for CSU with 11 points and seven rebounds.

The Hawks led 4-2 after the first three minutes but 9-0 run for the Wolfpack put NCST in front and they never looked back going on to win 93-61 over the Hawks. N.C. State led in the first half 37-25 but came out after halftime with an even stronger second half putting up 56 points and holding Maryland Eastern Shore to 36 points.
Troy Hupstead led the Hawks with 20 points and nine rebounds after shooting 7-of-15 from the field. Chace Davis and Devon Ellis were the only others to score in double figures as both contributed 12 points apiece.
