George Washington 55 (A-10), Coppin State 41 

The Revolutionaries came out in the first quarter taking a 13-6 lead over the Eagles, but Coppin State led the second quarter to pull within one heading into halftime trailing, 22-21. Coming out of the break, George Washington had a big third quarter with 24 points while holding Coppin State to six points. CSU won the fourth quarter, 14-9, but the Revolutionaries lead was too great to overcome as they won 55-41.  

Angel Jones led the Eagles with 13 points while Mossi Staples added 11 and Laila Lawrence contributed 10.

Morgan State 65, UMBC 42 (AEC) 

The teams sat even at 12 all at the end of the first quarter before the Bears put a stop on the Retrievers scoring holding them to only five points in the second while scoring 19 of their own. Coming out of halftime the teams again were even in the third at 11 points each, but MSU put up 23 points in the fourth while UMBC only scored 14 to give Morgan State the 65-42 victory. 

Joelle Johnson led the Bears with 12 points shooting 6-of-11 from the field. Gabrielle Johnson and Sedayjha Payne joined Joelle in double-digits with 11 and 10 points respectively.

Maryland Eastern Shore 54, Fairleigh Dickinson 47 (NEC) 

The Hawks improved the .500 after defeating Knights of Fairleigh Dickinson 54-47. Maryland Eastern Shore lead Fairleigh Dickinson in both the first and second quarters taking a 33-28 lead into halftime. FDU won the third quarter, 11-9, that put the Hawks ahead 43-39, but UMES won the fourth quarter, 12-8, to stay on top and claim the victory.  

Maryland Eastern Shore was led by Mya Thomas with 13 points, while Ariana Seawell was close behind with 11 points and a team-high seven rebounds which tied with Ashanti Lynch who also tallied seven rebounds.
