The Hornets fell to the Spiders from the University of Richmond 105 to 44 to fall to 0-3 on the season. UR opened the game putting up 28 points over DSU who scored just seven points in the first ten minutes. Richmond added another 29 points to their tally while Delaware State scored 11 points to head into the break with the score at 57-18. The second half saw UR score 48 points while DSU scored 26 points to put the final score at 105-44.
Kiarra Mceirath led the Hornets with 15 points while Savannah Brooks added 12 as the only two players in double figures.

The first half of action between the Pioneers and the Bears was a very close fight as SHU led MSU 18-16 in the first quarter, however a 17-13 run for the Bears in the second quarter put Morgan State up 33-31 at the half. The Pioneers came out of halftime on a roll scoring 32 points while holding the Bears to just 22 points pulling ahead to claim the win.
Gabrielle Johnson led the Bears with 19 points and a team high six steals. Joelle Johnson recorded a double-double with 12 points and 10 rebounds.

Norfolk State 70, Radford 46
Norfolk State led from the start holding a 15-10 advantage at the end of the first quarter. The Spartans kept the pressure on taking a 29-23 lead heading into the halftime break. NSU rolled into their third road win after scoring 41 points in the second half while holding Radford to 23 points as NSU claims the 70-46 win over the Highlanders.
Freshman Da’Brya Clark led all Spartans with 16 points and tallied seven rebounds. Kierra Wheeler added 14 points and eight rebounds. Danaijah Williams also scored 10 points in the game as the last player for NSU to score in double figures. Makoye Diawara led all NSU players with nine rebounds to go along with six points. Niya Fields tallied seven assists.

New Hampshire 59, Howard 51
The Bison and the Wildcats battled throughout the 40-minute contest but in the end UNH claimed the win 59-51. Howard opened the game taking a 19-15 lead in the first quarter, however, neither team shot well in the second with New Hampshire leading 9-3 in the second quarter. UNH held a slim lead at the break, 24-22. The Bison reclaimed the lead in the third quarter after putting up 17 points to the Wildcats 12 which saw the score rise to 39-36. New Hampshire closed out strong in the fourth quarter going on a 23-12 run to reclaim the lead and the victory.
Tyana Walker led the Bison with 18 points while Vanessa Blake added 11 points. Kaniyah Harris recorded a team-high seven assists.

Morgan State came out in the first half holding a seven-point advantage at halftime leading 36-29. A 42-point second half for the Bears helped secure the victory for MSU as they held Penn State Wilkes Barre to 31 points.
Kamron Hobbs led the Bears with 21 points while Myles Thompson tallied 15 points and eight rebounds. Kiran Oliver put up 13 points and Christian Oliver added 11 as the last Bear in double-figures. Will Thomas led in rebounds with 10.

James Madison 107, Howard 86
The Dukes of JMU defeated the Bison of Howard 107-86. The first half saw James Madison take nearly a 20-point lead by the halftime horn, 59-40. Howard kept things much closer in the second half, trailing 48-46 but James Madison’s first half lead was too great to overcome.
Howard was led by Marcus Dockery with 21 points while Jordan Hairston added 16 points. Bryce Harris posted 15 points to round out the top scoring Bison.

Georgia 64, North Carolina Central 54
The Eagles went down to Georgia to face the Bulldogs of the University of Georgia. Both teams battled throughout the game with the Bulldogs leading throughout for the win. UG held a slim lead at the half as the scoreboard showed 27-23. North Carolina Central continued to fight in the second half but Georgia was able to pull away 37-31 to lead 64-54 at the buzzer.
Emmanuel Izunabor led the Eagles with 12 points and eight rebounds while both Po’Boigh King and Fred Cleveland, Jr., both added 11 points each.
