MSU Volleyball Reschedules Norfolk State, Howard Contests

BALTIMORE, Md. (Oct. 10, 2023)--Morgan State has announced the rescheduling of two Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) volleyball matches.

The Bears' volleyball match at Norfolk State, which was originally slated for Sunday, Oct. 8, will now take place this Sunday, Oct. 15 at 2 p.m. at Gill Gymnasium in Norfolk, Va.

Morgan State will also face Howard on Wednesday, Oct. 18 at 6 p.m. at Hill Field House. That contest was originally scheduled for Friday, Oct. 6, which was to be the Bears' Homecoming match.

Both originally scheduled matches against Norfolk State and Howard were postponed after agreement from both programs.

Morgan State (6-13, 1-3 MEAC), hasn't played since a 3-1 victory at South Carolina State (Oct. 1). The Bears return to the court this Friday, Oct. 13, when they host crosstown rival and MEAC Preseason co-favorite Coppin State (16-3, 6-0 MEAC) at 6 p.m. at Hill Field House.
