WASHINGTON, D.C. -- 
Miajavon Coleman and Yaniris Miller-Green combined for 19 kills without committing an error, leading Coppin State to an impressive 3-0 (25-21, 25-22, 25-14) victory at George Washington on Tuesday night at Charles E. Smith Athletic Center. 

With the win, the Eagles now stand at 6-6 on the season, while the Colonials fell to 3-7.
 
Coleman finished with a match-high 11 kills on 22 swings for a .500 hitting percentage while Miller-Green tallied eight kills on 13 swings to hit a whopping .615.  Miller-Green also recorded a match-high seven blocks with Coleman adding four of her own to go with six digs.
 
Hope Casel also contributed with eight kills, followed by Ahzhi Coleman with five and Ammaarah Williams with three. Andrea Tsvetanova assisted on 29 of the team's 37 kills and added a team-high nine digs Coppin outhit GW, .267 to .157. While being credited with just eight digs, Ashley Roman added five assists and a pair of aces.

DURHAM, N.C. -- 
Three Eagles reached double-digit kills with sophomore setter Vanila Pulu-Suliafu engineering the attack with 38 assists as North Carolina Central picked up a wild 3-2 non-conference victory over Campbell on Tuesday evening inside McDougald-McLendon Arena.
 
NCCU dropped two close first sets before mounting a stunning comeback for the program's first win over the Camels since 2007, ending a 16-match losing streak to Campbell.
 
The Eagles finished with a season-best .205 hitting percentage in the 20-25, 24-26, 25-15, 25-18, 17-15 triumph, while posted season-high totals of 56 kills, 50 assists, 66 digs, 11 aces and nine blocks.
 
Freshman Kamren Harper led all players with 18 kills for the victors. Classmate Tori Wilson and graduate student Autumn DeSantis both hit over .300 for the match in providing 13 and 11 kills, respectively. Freshman Emmie Modlin chipped in eight kills and Pulu-Suliafu netted four kills.

NORFOLK, Va. -- 
Two tight sets didn't go the Spartans way on Tuesday afternoon as they were defeated 3-0 by Old Dominion. The Monarchs prevailed by scores of 25-23, 25-23, 25-14.
