NORFOLK, Va., March 15, 2022—Delaware State senior Stefanny Toala was selected as the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Bowler of the Week, presented by Coca-Cola, the conference office announced today. Delaware State freshman Sydney Reardon was named Rookie of the Week.
 
Toala (Sr., Tucson, Ariz.) led the Hornets to qualify for the United States Bowling Congress (USBC) Intercollegiate Team Championship by finishing runner-up in the sectional this past weekend. She averaged 20.13 per frame and had a 51% strike percentage. Toala had an 86.5% fill percentage and went 94.4% in single-pin spare conversions.
 
Reardon (Fr., Ridgefield, Conn.) was top-10 individually at the USBC Sectional this past weekend, averaging 19.87 per frame and 8.93 on first ball. She was at 79.2% on all spares and converted on 96.2% of her single-pin spares, and her fill percentage was at 88.5%.
