Tickets Now on Sale for 2022 MEAC Basketball Tournament

NORFOLK, Va., Feb. 4, 2022
– Tickets for the 2022 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Basketball Tournament (March 9-12 at Norfolk Scope Arena, Norfolk, Va.) are now on sale through member institution box offices and online via Ticketmaster.
 
Tickets will not be sold at the conference office.
 
This year’s tournament tickets will be digital (no physical tickets); all ticket purchases will be sent to fans’ email addresses and smartphones. Fans are asked to download the Ticketmaster app to their mobile device for quick and easy access the week of the tournament.
 
At this time, only ticket books for the entire tournament are being sold. Single-game tickets will be available though Ticketmaster and the Scope box office the week of the tournament, beginning Monday, March 7.
 
Fans will not be required to be vaccinated to attend the 2022 MEAC Basketball Tournament; however, masks will be required and are to be worn properly, covering one’s mouth and nose, at all times, except while eating and drinking.

The Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) is in its 51st year of intercollegiate competition with the 2021-22 academic school year. Located in Norfolk, Va., the MEAC is made up of eight outstanding historically black institutions across the Atlantic coastline: Coppin State University, Delaware State University, Howard University, University of Maryland Eastern Shore, Morgan State University, Norfolk State University, North Carolina Central University and South Carolina State University.
