North Carolina Central 74, Morgan State 64
 
BALTIMORE, Md. – The North Carolina Central University men's basketball program once again wiped away a double-digit deficit, and went on to outscore Morgan State by 22 in the second half to grab a 74-64 victory over the Bears at Hill Field House on Saturday, Feb. 12.
 
Both NCCU (12-11, 5-2 MEAC) and MSU (7-12, 2-5 MEAC) were locked together to start the game, but the Bears ripped off a 12-0 run midway through the first half to open up a 14-point lead at 30-16 with 7:17 remaining in the first period.  The Eagles responded with a 9-0 run to bring the gap back down to five with four minutes left in the first 20, but the Bears kept the momentum, and went to the break with a 41-29 lead after a De'Torrion Ware three-pointer at the buzzer.
 
Justin Wright continued his rampage through MEAC competition, and collected his sixth 20-point game of the year with a game-high 24 points, along with nine rebounds. 
 
Malik Miller corralled a double-double with 21 points, 10 rebounds, and five assists for MSU, and Lagio Grantsaan picked up 13 points with seven boards for the Bears.
 

South Carolina State 66, Coppin State 58
 
BALTIMORE, Md. – The South Carolina State men’s basketball team posted a 66-58 win over Coppin State on Saturday at the Physical Education Complex. The Bulldogs improved to 13-11 overall and 5-3 in Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference play. The Eagles fell to 5-18 and 4-4 in the MEAC.
 
Rashaan Edwards led SC State with 15 points, while Jemal Davis and Omar Croskey each added 10 points. Edward Oliver-Hampton tallied a double-double of 11 points and 15 rebounds.
 
Kyle Cardaci led Coppin State with a game-high 22 points. Nendah Tarke added 11 point and eight rebounds, while Justin Steers finished with 12 points and 10 boards.
 

Howard 85, Delaware State 72
  
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Kyle Foster scored a game-high 27 points to lead four Howard played in double figures as the Bison defeated Delaware State 85-72 on Saturday at Burr Gymnasium.
 
Steve Settle III racked up 15 points for Howard (12-10, 5-3 MEAC), while Elijah Hawkins and Randy Brumant both had 13 points and six rebounds.
 
Myles Carter paced Delaware State (2-19, 0-8 MEAC) offensively with 25 points. John Stansbury added 13 points in the loss.
 

Norfolk State 70, Maryland Eastern Shore 63
 
NORFOLK, Va. –Jalen Hawkins led four Norfolk State players in double figures and the Spartans held off a pesky Maryland Eastern Shore team for a 70-63 win on Saturday before a season-best crowd of 3,278 fans at Echols Hall.

Joe Bryant Jr. added 14 points to surpass the 1,000 career points plateau, Dana Tate Jr. scored 11 and Christian Ings 10 for NSU (16-5, 7-1), which was playing its first game in 12 days.
 
For Maryland Eastern Shore (8-11, 3-5 MEAC), Zion Styles tallied 14 points. Kevon Voyles and Da’Shawn Phillip had 13 points apiece, Chace Davis dropped in 11 points and Nathaniel Pollard, Jr. grabbed 10 rebounds.
