Morgan State 50, Saint Francis 49
BALTIMORE, Md. -- Emily Jones tied the game with a steal-and-score with 15 seconds remaining, and Charlene Shepherd sank a free throw with just two tics on the clock as Morgan State closed out its homestand on Tuesday with a 50-49 win over Saint Francis.
The Bears are now a MEAC-best 6-0 on the season.
Shepherd led Morgan State with 13 points on 4-for-10 shooting and went 5-for-7 from the free throw line. Taylor Addison recorded a double-double with 12 points -- on 6-for-9 shooting -- and 13 rebounds.

Norfolk State 70, Tennessee Martin 55
SAVANNAH, Ga. -- Makoye Diawara dropped a game-high 21 points and grabbed 16 rebounds on Tuesday, leading four Spartans in double figures in a 70-55 victory over Tennessee Martin to extend Norfolk State's winning streak to four games.
The Spartans improved to 5-1 on the season.
Diawara was 8-for-12 from the floor and hit all four of his free throws. Kierra Wheeler added 17 points and nine rebounds, while Niya Fields chipped in 11 points and five steals and Camille Downs scored 10 points to go along with four steals.

North Carolina Central 82, N.C. Wesleyan 41
DURHAM, N.C. -- Sophomore Aniya Finger netted a double-double to pace North Carolina Central in an 82-41 non-conference home victory over North Carolina Wesleyan on Tuesday evening inside McDougald-McLendon Arena.
Finger had a hot hand on the way to scoring a season-high 21 points, making eight of her 11 shot attempts from the field and all five of her free throws. Finger completed in second collegiate double-double in just her fourth game with 10 rebounds.
The Eagles had a total of three double-digit scorer,s with both junior Blessing Okoh and freshman Jerni Kiaku pouring in 10 points. Okoh, who has scored 10-plus points in three consecutive contests, also had five rebounds, two assists, two steals and two blocks.

scored 18 points apiece as Coppin State was unable to hang on in a 67-60 loss at Rhode Island on Tuesday night at Ryan Center.
The Eagles now stand at 2-4 on the season, while the Rams improve to 3-1.

PRINCESS ANNE, Md. -- Zamara Haynes led three Hawks in double figures Tuesday evening in the W.P. Hytche Athletic Center, scoring 18 points as Maryland Eastern Shore fell 69-57 to Towson.
Haynes fell one rebound shy of a double-double, and she was joined in double figures by Mya Thomas (13 points) and Ariana Seawell (11).
