DOVER, Del. --- Visiting St. Francis Brooklyn added to the Delaware State’s recent woes, topping the Hornets 75-61 in a men’s basketball contest. The Terriers (2-8) won their second in a row after opening the season with eight losses, while Delaware State dropped its sixth in a row to fall to 2-8.
Dom Fragala led three double-figure scorers for Delaware State with 16 points. Freshman guard Corey Perkins scored in double-figures for the fifth time this season with 14 points and led the Hornets with three assists. Myles Carter chipped in 11 points for DSU.

FARMVILLE, Va. – Justin Hill and DeShaun Wade each scored 21 points to lead the Longwood Lancers to a 93-55 victory against Morgan State on Saturday afternoon.
Trevor Moore was the only Bear in double-figures with 10 points. De'Torrion Ware scored nine points and Malik Miller chipped in eight points with a game-high nine rebounds.
Towson 89, Coppin State 75
BALTIMORE, Md. - Kyle Cardaci led all scorers for the Coppin State men’s basketball team as the Eagles fell to Towson 89-75, Saturday afternoon inside the PEC Arena.
The Eagles move to 1-13 while Towson improves to 7-4 and now lead the all-time series 9-4.
Cardaci scored 22 points on 7-of-14 shooting from 3-point range. Tyree Corbett was second in scoring with 16 and led in rebounds (8). Mike Hood and Nendah Tarke scored 15 points each and Tarke led in assists (5). Reggie James had two steals on the night. Greg Spurlock tallied five points.
Maryland Eastern Shore 79, St. Mary’s Maryland 43
PRINCESS ANNE, Md. — The University of Maryland Eastern Shore men’s basketball team grabbed their third straight win on Saturday as they defeated the St. Mary’s College of Maryland Seahawks 79-43. The win secured the team’s first winning streak of at least three games since the 2016-17 season.
Senior Nathaniel Pollard, Jr. finished with 16 points and eight rebounds. Junior Dom London was also in double figures as he finished with 14 points. All in all, 10 different players scored for the Hawks.

Wichita State 71, Norfolk State 58
WICHITA, Kan. – Norfolk State forward Dana Tate, Jr. scored a career-high 22 points, but host Wichita State held NSU to 37 percent shooting in a 71-58 win over the Spartans on Saturday at Koch Arena.
In a matchup of two NCAA tournament teams from last year, the Shockers (7-2) forced 14 NSU turnovers and were able to keep the Spartans (9-3) at arm's length most of the night.
Tate made 8-of-14 from the floor, 5-of-6 from 3-point range, and added eight rebounds to pace NSU. Ings scored 11 points and handed out four assists, and Bankston chipped in 10 points on 4-of-4 shooting and seven boards.
