Howard 56, Mount St. Mary's 49
EMMITSBURG, Md. -- Kaiya Creek led three Bison in double figures with 13 points on Tuesday as the Bison picked up their second straight win with a 56-49 defeat of Mount St. Mary's in Knott Arena.
Destiny Howell added 11 points for the Bison (2-3), while Krislyn Marsh chipped in 10.
Marsh also had a team-high nine rebounds, three steals and two blocks, as Howard outrebounded Mount St. Mary's 38-33. The Bison also scored 20 points off 20 Mountaineer turnovers and shot 73.3 percent (11-for-15) from the free throw line.

East Carolina 75, Coppin State 44
GREENVILLE, N.C. -- Mossi Staples led the way with 12 points, but Coppin State lost its third straight game on Tuesday with a 75-44 loss to East Carolina in Williams Arena at Minges.

William & Mary 65, Maryland Eastern Shore 58
PRINCESS ANNE, Md. -- Maryland Eastern Shore jumped out to an early five-point lead after one quarter at home against William & Mary on Tuesday night at the William P. Hytche Athletic Center.
But the Tribe stayed on the heels of the Hawks (2-3), chipping away at the lead until they took their first lead with 24-25 with just over five minutes left in the second quarter. Eastern Shore battled, but saw its last lead of the night (30-29) fade with just under two minutes left in the half.
William & Mary then never looked back going on to a 65-58 victory.
Graduate student Bairesha Gill-Miles led The Shore with 14 points and five rebounds. No other Hawk reached double figures. Classmate Angelique Taylor made her first start of the season and had nine points and seven rebounds.
