BETHLEHEM, Pa. -- Delaware State University distance runners Albert Norman and Devin Smith competed in the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional on Friday in Bethlehem, Pa, hosted by Lehigh University.
Sophomore Albert Norman set another school record with his time 32:53.2. His finish of 82nd overall placed him in the top half of a field of 174 runners.
Devin Smith, who also represented Delaware State, finished with a time of 35:10.8.
The NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional course was a 10k distance as compared to the 8k distance that Norman and Smith had usually been competing on this season.
