GREENSBORO, N.C. – The North Carolina A&T State men's and women's cross country programs have been recognized as a recipient of the NCAA Public Recognition Award. This honor is bestowed upon teams with an Academic Progress Rate (APR) in the top 10 percent of all squads in their respective sports based on the APR data released in May 2020.

This is the 13th-straight season that both programs have achieved the honor and the 15th year overall.

This is the 16th year in a row the women's program has achieved this recognition, a streak that dates back to the 2004-05 season. For the men's program, this furthers an impressive 13-year streak receiving the honor, dating back to the 2007-08 season.
