NORFOLK, Va., March 18, 2020—All refund requests for the 2020 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Basketball Tournament should be referred to the point of purchase.
Fans who bought tickets to this year's cancelled MEAC Basketball Tournament will be refunded for all sessions that weren't played. Refund requests should be directed to the point of purchase. For purchases through secondary ticket market providers, you are advised to contact those vendors directly.
The conference office will begin distributing refunds on Monday, March 23, 2020.
Those who purchased ticket books from the MEAC office via credit card will receive credit through your original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected. For those who purchased tickets via cash, check or money order, you will receive a check in the mail. Please allow up to seven business days to receive the check
