NORFOLK, Va., Feb. 13, 2020--Voting is now open for fans to select the tagline for the MEAC's upcoming 50th anniversary, which will be the 2020-21 academic year.
Fans can visit MEACSports.com through 11:59 p.m. EST on Thursday, Feb. 20 to vote for their favorite tagline. Simply scroll to the bottom of the main page to cast your vote.
Once the ballot closes, the top five votes will go before the MEAC 50th Anniversary Committee, where the winners will be selected. The winning submissions will receive scholarships totaling $1,500 from Dominion Energy.
Both the logo and the winning tagline will be unveiled during the 2020 MEAC Basketball Tournament (March 10-14 in Norfolk Scope Arena).
