MEAC Announces Weekly Bowling Honors

NORFOLK, Va., Feb. 5, 2019—Maryland Eastern Shore junior Cayla Hicks was named Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Bowler of the Week, the conference office announced today.
 
Hicks (Jr., Salem, Va.) was second in the individual standings of the Prairie View Invitational this past weekend, earning All-Tournament honors after averaging 217.2 pins in traditional play. Of the six traditional games Hicks bowled, she topped the 200-pin mark four times – including a weekend-best 242 against Nebraska. She also bowled a 236 against Fairleigh Dickinson and a 228 against Vanderbilt.

Ericka Quesada (NCAT)
averaged 204.7 pins at the Prairie View Invitational, ranking fourth overall and bowling a weekend-best 243 against the tournament host Panthers.
