BALTIMORE, Md. – Nia Bowe hit a pair of home runs in game one and Madison Didion earned a pair of victories in the circle as Coppin State's softball team swept a MEAC doubleheader with Maryland Eastern Shore on Tuesday afternoon at Coppin Softball Field.  The Eagles, who won the opener, 6-1 and the nightcap, 12-7, now stand at 7-10 overall and 4-1 in conference play.

GREENSBORO - North Carolina A&T softball played a rare conference/non-conference doubleheader at the Lady Aggies Softball Complex Tuesday. Both of N.C. A&T's opponents, conference foe S.C. State and non-conference adversary Elon overcame N.C. A&T leads as SCSU defeated the Aggies 3-1. Later, Elon beat N.C. A&T 7-2.
