NORFOLK, Va., March 13, 2018—Delaware State sophomore Alexis Neuer was named Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Bowler of the Week, the conference office announced today.
 
Neuer (So., Lewisburg, Pa.) qualified for the United States Bowling Congress (USBC) National Singles Championships, while also helping Delaware State qualify for the USBC Team Nationals with a second-place finish in the Stratford, N.J. sectional. She averaged 213.2 pins for the weekend (ranking second among all individuals in the sectional), eclipsed the 200-pin mark three times and bowled a career-best 296 in her third game.
