NORFOLK, Va., Jan. 23, 2018—Delaware State sophomore Alexis Neuer was named Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Bowler of the Week, the conference office announced today.
Neuer (5-6, So., Lewisburg, Pa.) was named to the All-Tournament Team at the Kutztown Invitational this past weekend, finishing fourth in the individual standings after helping Delaware State to an 8-4 record for the weekend. She averaged 228.8 pins in traditional play, and her season-best 267 against Vanderbilt is the highest single-game total in the MEAC this season. Neuer also bowled a 256 against Arkansas State, and she cracked the 200-pin mark in four of her five traditional games.

T’ea Lewis (HOW) averaged 191.8 pins at the Kutztown Invitational, bowling a weekend-best 225 against Norfolk State.
Brigitte Jones (MDES) bowled a 257 and cracked the 200-pin mark three times in averaging 209.2 pins at the Kutztown Invitational.
Alexa Rodriguez (NSU) averaged 208.2 pins at the Kutztown Invitational, cracking the 200-pin mark four times and bowling a weekend-best 223 against Morgan State.
