North Carolina Central 86, Coppin State 77 

BALTIMORE, Md. — There were 19 total three-pointers made between North Carolina Central University and Coppin State, but Ron Trapps (Lancaster, S.C.) led the way as he was a perfect 5-for-5 from downtown to help the Eagles to an 86-77 decision for an eighth-straight Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference win at the Physical Education Complex on Monday, Feb. 6.

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. — Diamante Lewis posted 18 points and eight assists and combined with Brandon Tabb on four crucial free throws in the final 18 seconds as Bethune-Cookman snapped a four-game losing streak with a 71-67 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference victory over Howard Monday on Coach Cy Court in Historic Moore Gym.
