Norfolk State junior Briana Gardner was selected as the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Bowler of the Week, the conference announced today.

A 5-9 junior from Stone Mountain, Ga., Gardner posted a 180.6 average in all five matches of the Lady Bulldog Classic in Laurel, Md. She also rolled a team-high 221 match in a win over Virginia State as NSU finished with an 8-4 overall mark.
