NORFOLK, Va. – The volleyball match between Norfolk State and Howard that was postponed a little more than a week ago has been rescheduled. The two teams will now play on Wednesday, Nov. 2 at 6 p.m. at NSU’s Gill Gymnasium.
The contest was originally set to be played on Oct. 9, but flooding from Hurricane Matthew forced it to be pushed back to a later date.
Howard currently leads the MEAC Northern Division with a 6-0 record, with NSU tied for third at 4-2. The two teams will now play twice within a week, as the Spartans will still travel to Howard on Friday, Oct. 28 before hosting the Bison five days later.
