NORFOLK, Va. – Maryland Eastern Shore freshman Danielle August was selected as Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Bowler of the Week, the conference announced today.

August (Fr., Mililani, Hawaii) finished eighth at the Kutztown Invitational and was named to the All-Tournament Second Team. She averaged a 214.4 total pinfall, including rolling a high game 254, in a win over Valparaiso.
